- Ready the lever for installation. Remove the plastic nut.
- Insert the tank lever in the hole of the tank.
- The nut must be tightened in the counter-clockwise direction.
- First, tighten the nut by hand.
- Then finish by tightening only 1/4 turn with a wrench. (Do NOT use pliers)
- Verify the tank lever has freedom of movement.
- Connect the flapper chain to the end of the lever arm, and leave a little slack in the chain.
