Here below are instructions on how to install the tank locking lid kit (ON TWO PIECE TOILETS ONLY).
1) Lid Locking Kit Parts
- L Shape Rod (1 each)
- Chrome Acorn Nut with Closed Top (1 each)
- Brass Nut (2 each)
- Washers (2 each)
2) Cover with Hole for Lid Locking Device
3) Hole in Back Wall of Tank
4) Assemble one brass nut and washer on the L-shaped rod
5) Insert the whole assembly into the hole in the back of the tank (From Inside)
6) Install the other washer and brass nut onto the end of the rod on the outside of the tank
7) Align the top of the rod with the hole in the tank and screw on the chrome acorn nut clockwise.
8) This is how the Locking Lid assembly looks like inside of the tank
