Unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust the water level.
The water level in the toilet bowl is not adjustable.
Instead of adjusting the water level if it is too high, it is recommended to install a raised toilet seat.
Raised toilet seats might solve the problem in some situations and can be purchased through Bemis. Bemis manufactures a variety of toilet seats.
