Where Can I Find The Model Number For My Gerber Product?

Gerber's line of Vitreous China products has a model number located on the product box and on the product itself. Click on the below links to access the product-specific information.


1 - Two-Piece Toilet Bowls

Toilet Bowl

If the bowl is installed or uninstalled:

The model number for Gerber toilet bowls is located under the rim of the bowl. Using a mirror or a smartphone with photo capture capability will help to obtain the model number more easily.

 

If the bowl is uninstalled:

The location and cast date are located inside the pedestal.

If the product packaging box is still available:

The model number, collection and product description can also be found on the product packaging box.  Some additional information, such as the manufacturing location indicator, the manufacturing line code (D), UPC bar code and date stamps, can also be found on the product package box.  If you have encountered product issues and need assistance, you may be asked to supply one or more of this information if the product packaging box is still available.

2 - Two-Piece Toilet Tanks

Toilet Tank

If the tank is installed or uninstalled:

The model number for Gerber toilet tanks is located on the back wall inside the tank, near the water line.  You will also be able to find the cast date, and the bar code and serial number (D & S Code).

If the product packaging box is still available:

The model number, collection and product description can also be found on the product packaging box.  Some additional information, such as the manufacturing location indicator, the manufacturing line code (D), UPC bar code and date stamps, can also be found on the product package box.  If you have encountered product issues and need assistance, you may be asked to supply one or more of this information if the product packaging box is still available.

3 - One-Piece Toilets

If the toilet is installed or uninstalled:

The model number for the Gerber one-piece toilet is located on the back wall inside the tank, near the water line.  You will also be able to find the cast date, and the bar code and serial number (D & S Code).

 

If the toilet is uninstalled:

The model number and inspector number are located underneath the bowl.
 
 

4 - Pressure Assist Tanks

If the tank is installed or uninstalled:

The model number for Gerber pressure assist toilet tanks is located inside the tank.

4 - Lavatory Sinks

If the sink is installed or uninstalled:

The model number, cast date, date and serial number bar code (D & S Code) for Gerber lavatory sinks are located on the underneath side of the sink. It can be embossed or stamped.

5 - Urinals

 
If the urinal is uninstalled:

The model number, cast date, manufacturing line code, inspector number, date and serial number bar code (D & S Code) for Gerber urinals are located on the back side or underneath the urinal.
