For Single Handle Pull-Down and Pre-Rinse Pull-Down Kitchen Faucets and Pull-Down Prep Faucets
- Turn the water off under the sink (hot and cold supply lines).
- Remove the plug and use a hex wrench to unscrew counter-clockwise to loosen the set screw (part #1).
The Hex wrench is 2.5 mm or 1/8". - Pull out the on/off handle (part #2).
- Pull out the trim cap (part #3).
- Use a pair of adjustable pliers or an adjustable wrench to unscrew counter-clockwise to remove the adjusting ring (part #4).
- Hold the stem of the cartridge (#5) and pull it up until it is completely removed from the faucet body.
- Reverse these steps to reinstall removed parts or replace parts in place.
For Two Handle Pull-Down Bridge Faucets
- Turn the water off under the sink (hot and cold supply lines).
- Unscrew the cap of the handle assembly (part #1) and use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the set screw.
- Remove the lever handle and the handle canopy of the handle assembly (part #1).
- Use a pair of adjustable pliers or an adjustable wrench to unscrew counter-clockwise to remove the adjusting ring (part #2).
- Hold the stem of the cartridge (part #3, cold or hot side) and pull it up until it is completely removed from the faucet body.
- Reverse these steps to reinstall removed parts or replace parts in place.
For Wall Mount Pot Filler
- Turn the water off under the sink (hot and cold supply lines).
- Unscrew the cap of the handle assembly (part #1) and use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the set screw.
- Remove the lever handle and the handle canopy of the handle assembly (part #1).
- Use a pair of adjustable pliers or an adjustable wrench to unscrew counter-clockwise to remove the cartridge (part #2) and pull it out until it is completely removed from the faucet body.
- Reverse these steps to reinstall removed parts or replace parts in place.
