How to remove Viper handle?

For Single Handle Kitchen and  Lavatory faucets 
 
  1. Pull out the rubber button located under the faucet handle (part #1).
  2. Use a hex wrench (part #3) to unscrew counter-clockwise to loosen the set screw (part #2).
    The hex wrench is 2.5 mm head or 1/8".
  3. Then pull out the main handle (part # 4).
    If still hard to be pulled away, loosen the set screw again.
 
 
For Showers
  1. Pull out the rubber button located on the bottom of the faucet handle (part #1).
  2. Use a hex wrench (part #4) to unscrew counter-clockwise to loosen the set screw (part #2).
    The hex wrench is 2.5 mm head or 1/8".
  3. Then pull out the main handle (part # 3).
    If still hard to be pulled away, loosen the set screw again.
