For Lavatory and Roman Tub Faucets
- Unscrew the handle cap (part #1) counter-clockwise by hand and pull it up.
- Unscrew the handle screw (part #2) counter-clockwise using a Phillips or a flat-head screwdriver.
- Pull up the handle assembly (part #3).
For Showers
- Unscrew and pull out the cap (part #1).
- Use a hex wrench (part #3) to remove the set screw (part #2) by turning counter-clockwise and remove.
The hex wrench is 5.0 mm head. - Hold the lever handle (part # 4) at the OFF position (facing down as shown in the picture above)
- Unscrew the handle canopy counter-clockwise.
