How to remove Waveland handle?

For Lavatory & Roman Tub Faucets
 
 
  1. Unscrew and pull out the cap (part # 1).
  2. Use a hex wrench to remove the set screw (part # 2) by turning counterclockwise. 
    The hex wrench is 5.0 mm head
  3. Unscrew handle assembly (part # 3) counterclockwise
 
 
For Showers
 
  1. Unscrew and pull out the cap (part # 1).
  2. Use a hex wrench (part # 3) to remove the set screw (part # 2) by turning counterclockwise. 
    The hex wrench is 5.0 mm head
  3. Unscrew handle assembly (part # 4) counterclockwise
